Refund Policy

Refunds, if provided, must be handled by Kaizen Karate directly (they are not handled through SportsSignup).

Registration Refunds:
PAYMENTS: All Payments received must be paid by credit/debit card. No Checks Accepted. For security purposes our school site staff member(s) do not have access to any cash funds. REFUNDS: We run our programs based on the number of children registered. There will be NO refunds issued 1 week before the class starts. If your child or children attend at least one day of class during the session that you have paid for, there is no refund or pro-rated payment. You will receive a credit that can be applied to any future class or you can transfer the credit to another family by sending an email request to Kaizen. CANCELLATIONS: We reserve the right to cancel a class if minimum enrollments are not met. In which case, all tuition and fees will be fully refunded. Notification of cancellation will be made by phone or email at least one day prior to the start of the class at which time; students will be offered the option of another class, space permitting, or a full refund.

Merchandise Exchange Policy

All items include FREE SHIPPING and will be sent directly to your address on file.  In the event you need to return or exchange for a different size there is a 20% restocking fee for the item to be re-shipped for the correct size.  Once the item is mailed back to PO Box 221, Spencerville, MD 20868 and received then the new item will be shipped out.
